The same installer on the bigger screen, same moves.

What you can skip

You need a computer and a cable for sideloading.

ESign signs and puts the IPA on the iPhone itself.

No desktop app to set up and no syncing via a cable. The phone handles the signing.

appdb is just a store to scroll.

The part that installs is the signer.

ESign is that part, living on your device.

iPad needs its own method.

The same installer runs on iPad.

You move the IPA between apps.

ESign handles the file and the signing in one spot.

When ESign is not for you

Do not use ESign if:

  • You only want apps from the App Store. You already have them.
  • The IPA comes from a place you do not trust. Get it from somewhere you know first.
  • The phone is managed by your work or school. Ask whoever runs it.
  • You have no IPA yet. Find the app's IPA, then return to sign it.

Leave the computer off and sign on the phone

Pick ESign, open your IPA, sign, and the app appears on your home screen.
